Bryce serves as the OE team by being a great advocate, not only as an employee, but for every one of his members to ensure that their systems and processes are set up properly. That level of commitment. and dedication isn’t always found. You don’t see that in every center manager.
If and when there are issues where somebody has a complaint or a concern, he will track down the right individual to make sure he understands what the issue actually is, then fully explain it back to the member and make sure that the solution is satisfactory.
