Mike is the Founder and CEO of Launch Workplaces, a flexible space provider.  Launch Workplaces opened in 2013 and consists of nine locations in The District of Columbia, Maryland, and Ohio. 

Mike has an extensive commercial real estate background spending 18 years with The Brick Companies, a 128 year family owned real estate company located in the Maryland suburbs.  Mike created Launch Workplaces while at The Brick Companies and took control of the company in 2021.

Mike holds dual degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from King’s College and an Execute Master’s Degree (EMBA) from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
